Midwest Machinery is the first and oldest sales representative for cooling towers in the United States. We have extended our focus to the entire mechanical system, offering energy-efficient solutions to the building owner, contractor, and engineer.
In the last two decades, we have grown rapidly to span multiple states and offices. This is largely due to our Mission and Core Values.

Meet Our Lead Instructors
These are the HVAC industry experts who will provide you with insider knowledge to improve your next construction project or advance your career.
Troy is the President of Midwest Machinery. He has over 25 years of experience working in the HVAC industry, having started and successfully grown several companies in the Midwest at a rapid pace. His expertise brings an invaluable perspective to the company and its clients.
Eric graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) focused in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science focused in Physics from Illinois College. He joined Midwest Machinery as a Sales Engineer in 2011, where he uses all of his knowledge and expertise to provide our customers with the ultimate solution for their systems.
Ryan is the General Manager for Midwest Machinery in KC. Prior to joining the company, he was the Regional Sales Manager at SPX Cooling Technologies for 6 years and also worked with proposal development, and account management and project management. His extensive experience in hydronic systems enable him to successfully identify client needs and accurately match products and services that meet those needs, delivering ultimate solutions to engineers, contractors, architects, and end-users.
Brian is a marketing executive, business leader, podcast personality, and writer. Self-taught in marketing mastery, Brian took on the role of Marketing and Business Development Director at Midwest Machinery in 2015. Since then, he has transformed what it means to brand, market, and advertise in the commercial HVAC industry. Armed with 25 years of real-world experience and an incredibly versatile skill-set, Brian has co-founded The Spark Agency to help other businesses reach more people, sell more products, and grow profits exponentially.
